Popcorn.net, also known as Movieland, is a peer-to-peer program that offers a 3 day free trial download for online users. Popcorn.net has serious negative aspects that include constant reminders about payment after the trial expires. After the trial expires, Popcorn.net starts using aggresive advertising methods and displays a notification stating that you have to pay $29.95 in order to continue using the program. Those annoying payment reminders will continue to bagger you unless you pay for the full version.
